The downstairs of the property has an open plan living room/dining room/kitchen that has charming views over the garden and the valley beyond.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a an electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher, fridge with ice compartment, a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and full range of cooking equipment and serving dishes.
The open plan living area has two comfortable sofas, a TV/DVD player with free to air English and French channels. A music system is also provided, as are a wide range of books and board games to suit all tastes, and a selection of maps and information on the local area. Doors open from the dining area directly to the outside. A separate utility room at the rear houses the washing machine, water heater and ground floor wc.
Upstairs both bedroom suites have exposed oak beams One has a king-sized double bed the other has two single beds, which can be joined to form a super king double if required. The rooms both have storage space and are full of light and have superb views over the valley.
Duvets appropriate to the season are provided.
Both ensuite shower rooms have electric towel rails, shaver points and hairdryers.
Immediately outside the front of the property there is a table and chairs on the gravel, and an additional raised patio area with built in stone BBQ and comfortable garden furniture sits in the garden.
