Please note if you choose to make an instant booking through a third party advertiser, their prices include commission, insurances, service and booking fees, so the total you are charged by them will be higher than the rental prices which are available when you book direct with us via the booking link on this website, by email or by telephone.  Due to contractual terms we cannot cancel higher priced third party bookings which have already been confirmed and re-let to you.
